Spring Lecture Series
Spring 2023 Graduate Lecture Series was part of the Research Seminar program at the Master Institute of Visual Cultures at St. Joost School of Art & Design, bringing together all our MA students from the departments Situated Design, Ecology Futures, Visual Arts and Post Contemporary Practice.
In this edition of the Lecture Series we were happy to welcome the speakers Gary Zhexi Zang, Vera Sacchetti, Cocky Eek, Pınar Öğrenci, Saša Spačal and Victoria McKenzie, with presentations focussing on recent work, specific modes of doing research and artistic articulation, within the framework of the broader discourses that inform their practices.
The curatorial team consisted of the students Jean Laffert Parraguez, Fengyang Lin, Rojin Tavassoli and Junying Wu Wu, working together with Mariska van den Berg.
